The staff stood out, being widely attentive and friendly, which greatly enhances a stay, making it feel more personal. Dining was also a highlight, with the restaurant serving exceptional meals, complemented by a well-curated wine selection. Breakfast was impressive, featuring both local and continental options. It's worth noting the hotel seemed slightly tired in terms of furnishings, which could raise questions about the cost versus comfort balance. Although the outdoor area, including the seasonal pool and sun loungers, was enjoyable for relaxation, it might not offer the luxury some guests anticipate. While Locanda is undoubtedly an experience to remember, travelers should weigh the benefits of its location and offerings against the price.
